1. What types of baked goods do you offer?

At Homely Bites, we offer a wide range of freshly baked goods, including Brownies, cakes, cookies, pastries, and savoury items like baos, savoury buns, pickles, and more. All our products are homemade, made with love, and fresh ingredients. We also take custom orders for special occasions.

2. How do I place an order?

Simply visit our website and browse through our selection of baked goods. Add your desired items to the cart and proceed to checkout. You’ll be asked to provide shipping details and payment information to complete your order. You may choose Cash on Delivery if you do not want to pay before delivery.

3. Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we deliver our baked goods in Chennai only as of now. During checkout, you’ll be able to select your preferred delivery method. Delivery times may vary based on your location.

4. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a message with tracking number via WhatsApp. You can track the status of your order using the provided tracking number.

5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on Delivery and UPI payments. All transactions are processed securely.

6. Can I cancel or modify my order?

You can cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it. After this period, we may not be able to make changes or offer a refund. Please contact us immediately at contact@homelybites.in or WhatsApp to 7200612775 if you need to cancel or modify your order.

7. How do I return or exchange an item?

If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can request a return or exchange within 2 days of receiving it. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for detailed instructions.

8. Are your products suitable for people with allergies?

We take great care to list all ingredients used in our products. However, please note that our kitchen processes items containing common allergens such as nuts, dairy, and gluten. If you have specific allergies, please contact us before placing an order, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
